Transcend Australia is a national community-led organisation providing family and peer support services, education, resources and advocacy programs.

We exist because family support and acceptance are key protective factors that improve health outcomes for trans young people. No matter where you are at in your journey, we can support you. We are non-judgemental, compassionate and informed.

Our services are free for families and supported through donations, grants and partnerships.
